Designed by Studio Bruno Huber as a high-end single-family residence, the project interprets contemporary architecture through a deep relationship with its surroundings, engaging with nature in a balanced and thoughtful way. The 2,550 m³ volume is characterized by clean lines and natural materials, while large glass surfaces open up the interior spaces to light and panoramic views of the surrounding greenery. Distributed across multiple levels, the layout is conceived to enhance everyday living: the open-plan living area extends outwards, overlooking the garden and heated infinity pool, conceived as a natural extension of the living space; the upper levels house the sleeping areas, culminating in the primary suite under the mansard roof, an intimate and private space. Terraces and green areas punctuate the rhythm of the spaces, offering corners for relaxation and conviviality, while technological solutions such as home automation and photovoltaic panels translate sustainability into comfort and energy efficiency.
