Residenza Dischma is located in the heart of Paradiso, in a central but protected position, set back from the main road and immersed in a quiet residential area, just steps away from shops, schools, services, and public transportation, with the city center within easy walking distance.
The project, designed by Studio Mino Caggiula, is the result of the conversion of an existing hotel, transformed through targeted and non-invasive interventions into a residential building that enhances light, functionality, and spatial quality.
The architecture expresses itself in a contemporary and essential language: clean lines, regular geometries, and a refined interplay of white facades interspersed with laminated wood elements, which lend warmth and identity to the complex.
Developed across seven floors, the residence comprises 25 apartments with bright interiors thanks to large windows and French doors opening onto large balconies and terraces clad in wood. Glass railings amplify the perception of openness to the outside, while quality materials, acoustic comfort, and modern technological solutions complete a living experience designed to offer well-being, safety, and continuity with the urban context.
