Nestled in the tranquility of Origlio, within a residential setting prized for its scenic beauty and intimate living environment, Residenza Ash was conceived as a place designed for family life, where nature and daily life coexist in harmony. The residence is situated on a small hill at the edge of a natural grove crossed by a stream, where the landscape retains an authentic and surprisingly unspoiled character. In the background, the open meadows and greenery typical of the Swiss landscape create a rare atmosphere of tranquility and harmony with nature.
The paths, the neighborhood, and the surrounding spaces allow children to explore the outdoors with spontaneity and independence, in a discreet and protected setting that preserves a sense of a close-knit community. The proximity to key amenities and schools helps make the project particularly suited to a peaceful and contemporary daily life.
Designed by Luca Gazzaniga Architetti, the residence consists of just nine apartments, a choice that prioritizes privacy, tranquility, and quality of living. The ground-floor units open onto private gardens, while a large communal garden with mature trees accompanies the building as a natural extension of the landscape.
The architecture is characterized by a fluid, organic form, defined by soft lines and an irregular interplay of solid and void elements that lend depth and movement to the facades. A continuous horizontal line discreetly marks the building’s levels, while the facades are crafted from natural materials in subdued tones, designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape. The covered loggias extend the connection with the outdoors, offering livable and sheltered spaces in every season.
Residenza Ash embodies an authentic and contemporary vision of living, where architecture, nature, and the quality of space coexist in balance and simplicity.
